Privacy & data clarity
This page explains what is public, what coaches can view, and how to export your own data.
What is public on the feed
- Your display name (or username), avatar, feed post text, post photo, reactions, and timestamps are visible to anyone who can view the site feed.
- Weekly prompts posted by coach/admin are public on the feed.
- Using Hide hides a post only for your account; it does not remove it for others.
What coaches/admin can see
- Coach/admin can view member progress pages and measurement trends from the coach tools.
- Coach/admin can post weekly prompts and monitor reported feed posts.
- Your private measurements are not automatically posted to the feed unless you choose to post them yourself.
Your measurement data export (CSV)
Signed-in users can download their own measurements as a CSV file from the Measurements page.
